Not to be seen are two photographs that trough their framing question the position of the photographer in front of the subject posing questions such as: Is the photographer peeking or spying?, Where is the photographer?, Is it allowed to photograph that person/place?.

The work discusses the intimacy and secrecy around the public sphere posing the contemporary topics of surveillance in the city and forbidden places. The city shows it’s marvellous monuments and high streets, and, hides from plain sight forbidden places and disguise the 24/7 vigilance with the feeling of security.
